Many people are so busy in the morning…they simply run out the door with a cup of coffee and call it good.  I’ve heard many people say, “I’m not even hungry in the morning.”

So, when another friend asked me, “Do I really have to eat breakfast?”  I wasn’t shocked.

But, the reality is, breakfast serves a purpose.  It is meant to break the fast from not eating over night.  However, many people eat well into the evening and, as such, may not be hungry in the morning.  But, does this mean it’s the way to go?  NO!
