Healthy Chicken Apple Wrap

It’s apple season for many parts of the country. Here is a delicious and unique snack to offer your family to use up those apples! *Omit nut butter for food allergies. From my friend Jana McCunn who enjoys eating healthfully:

 

1/2 cup chopped, cooked chicken

3 TBSP chopped honey crisp or Fuji apples

2 TBSP red grapes chopped

2 tsps organic honey

2 TBSP organic almond butter*

 

Mix all ingredients together & wrap in romaine or butter lettuce leaves. Makes multiple wraps. One wrap is approximately 100-150 calories depending on how much filling you use.
